How to get the Antec Fusion V1 volume knob working in Windows 7
Download the latest Antec Fusion driver from here...

Once installed navigate to the installation folder.
C:\Program Files\Antec\VFD or under Windows 7 x64 C:\Program Files (x86)\Antec\VFD
Right click on the VFD.exe application and set compatibility mode to Windows XP SP2.

Install it then restart!
Open the Realtek HD Audio Manager.
Select the folder icon in the top right of the window (Connector Settings)
Select disable front panel detection.
