Samsung SGH-F480T wont turn on

I own a Samsung SGH-F480T. Today I turned my phone off and when I turned it on again I got a black screen with this message:
DEMSBL BOOT Loader for MSM6280.
Downloader Ver 5.32
I just read about some flashing thing? Never heard of it before, am I meant to do this? I have turned phone on and off again, taken sim out, put back in. Why has it suddenly done this? PLEASE HELP

Looks like your buttons are stuck on and giving you the bootloader screen! Make sure they are not stuck down by anything.
